Join us for All Wired Up, an interdisciplinary project for middle school students. Several teachers will work with students, teaching them to make wire sculpture and jewelry. These teachers will talk about their teaching ideas, dilemmas, strategies, and successes on muscella.com. In addition, to the online conversations, we have set up student-only-access forum so those students in classrooms that actively participate in the All Wired Up project, can share ideas with one another. Our project begins on 26 March and continues until 24 May 1999.

Join Robert Kopicko, a middle school teacher in Bloomfield, Michigan, and Deborah Muscella, who is teaching a Saturday class for Citizen Schools in All Wired Up. Both classes have taken a unique spin on making wire jewelry and sculpture. At Citizen Schools the students are designing and producing sculpture and jewelry and developing a business to sell their wares.   Learn about artists who work with wire.

Check out the conversations these teachers are having online. Not only are they sharing ideas for projects with wire, they are reflecting on their own teaching and their students' learning. The conversations bring together three teachers who can work together only through online conversations.
